Non touch business processes
For Maxon fully automated business processes have been setup using flows to seamlessly create sales orders, invoices and deferrals in Rootstock, the native ERP solution on the Salesforce platform.
Deferrals
One unique element of the solution is the automated generation and posting of deferrals. License selling companies are often paid in advance and then need to spread their revenue over the duration of the license. This complex form of revenue recognition is a must have requirement for Maxon.
Japanese Invoice
A “special” for the team was the setup of the sales invoice in the Japanese “Katakana”
(片仮名) character set.
